Police this afternoon appealed for witnesses after a multi-vehicle collision near Berinsfield.
At about 7.45am today there was a collision involving a number of vehicles on the A4074 between Fox’s Diner and the Benson roundabout.
The driver of a black Ford Ka was injured in the collision and is in the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. She is in a serious but stable condition.
The drivers of a Peugeot 205 and a Ford Transit van were also injured but have now been discharged from hospital.
The road was closed to allow access to collision investigators and vehicle recovery services. It re-opened at about 1.30pm.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or saw the vehicles prior to it, is asked to contact PC Allan Rodgerson via the 24-hour Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505.
