A FRIEND recently sent me a copy of the Oxford Mail item on Agatha Christie, where the current owners were unaware that she had lived in their house.
However, I feel her home in Devon, overlooking the River Dart, is the one deserving of a blue plaque.
The National Trust recently spent something like £3m on it.
When she lived there, she attended the parish church at Churston Ferrers, where she gave them a new stained glass east window, the previous one being clear glass.
She also liked to visit the Torbay Cinema at Paignton.
