I UESE the roads of Oxford every day, and when riding my powerful motorbike along Rawlinson Road, which runs between the Woodstock Road and Banbury Road, I stick to the new 20mph limit.
But just yesterday I was overtaken by a multi-coloured, lycra clad vision wearing funny shoes on a bicycle. She had to be breaking the law as I was already at the maximum permitted speed.
It got me thinking. Would she get three points and a fine? Does she have any third party insurance or passed any test to ride at that speed and is the bike roadworthy?
