A crash brought delays to the M40 in north Oxfordshire today as strong winds and heavy rain swept the county.
One lane of the northbound carriageway was closed between junction 10 at Ardley and junction 11 at Banbury after a crash involving a car and a lorry. Motorists were warned of surface water and spray.
On the B4022, at Butcher's Hill, Great Tew, a fallen tree partially blocked the road near The Lane/New Road, about a mile from the A361 heading towards Enstone.
