A man dealing crack cocaine and heroin in Chipping Norton was today jailed for 15 months.
Richard Wildman, 46, of Cornish Road, was found with more than 40 wraps of the class A drugs when police stopped him on July 16.
Wildman pleaded guilty to possession of class A drugs with intent to supply when he appeared at Oxford Crown Court.
Det Sgt Craig Kirby said: “This result shows that we are committed to tackling drugs in our rural communities
“This sentence sends out a clear message that drugs and the supplying of drugs will not be tolerated and those caught can expect a custodial sentence.”
