A man has been remanded in custody until November 27 after £6,290 was stolen from a bookmakers.
Damien Jermaine Richards, 29, a Jamaican living in Kingfisher Court, Harrow, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with possessing heroin and cocaine with intent to supply and theft. The theft relates to an incident on Wednesday in Between Towns Road, Cowley, Oxford, when money was stolen from a woman as she took it from Ladbrokes bookmakers to the bank.
