A masked robber threatened staff with a machete in a raid this morning.
The robber walked into a business in All Saints Road, Headington, Oxford, at about 7am.
He threatened staff with a machete and demanded cash.
Det Sgt Matt Jarman, of the Oxford police robbery team, said: “The offender is described as about 5ft 10in. He was wearing a black mask and a camouflage jacket.
“The victim handed over cash to him and then he fled the building.
“I appeal to anyone who was in this area of Headington this morning and saw a man acting suspiciously to contact police immediately.”
Police would not release the name of the premises or how much money was stolen.
Officers are not currently linking the robbery with a raid on Jeffrey and Sandra Lockyear in Chalgrove on Monday by a man wielding a machete and wearing a Halloween mask.
Anyone with information should contact police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
