THE Art in Woodstock Festival was launched last night with a sneak preview exhibition at the Marlborough School.
The week-long celebration officially begins on Saturday, but sixth-form art students, from left, Eva Davies, Laura Ralph and Lauren Sadler were among those showing off some of their work at the event held in the Marlborough Enterprise Centre.
The collaborative project, entitled Who do you think you are?, also involved local primary schools including Tackley, Stonesfield, Wootton, Bladon, Kirtlington, Bletchingdon and Woodstock, working with local artists Katy Beinart and Janine Charles.
Sixth-former Teri Surman said: “It’s been wonderful working with young children and it was interesting working on the project from someone else’s perspective.”
