DOZENS of people have signed up for a fundraising dance-a-thon to help a playgroup get a new home.
Bicester mayor James Porter will open the event on Sunday, November 8, and will be invited to get the ball rolling by taking part in the first dance.
Dance sessions on the day will last 20 minutes and those taking part will be taught steps by members of the Just Dance Company, which will be built up into a routine.
People of all ages and abilities are invited to take part and will get a chance to try out different styles of dance including cheerleading, salsa, hip hop, tap and ballet.
Kizzy Burt, of the Just dance Company, is pictured with two young cheerleaders from the dance school watched by the playgroup's children.
Rainbow Playgroup, which has been running for 25 years, needs to raise £200,000 for a new building.
The event takes place at Glory Farm School, off Sunderland Drive, from 10am.
