A 26-year-old man has been arrested accused of trashing a room at the prestigious Randolph Hotel in Oxford.
Police were called to the hotel, in Beaumont Street, at 8pm on Thursday after furniture was hurled around a bedroom.
The arrest happened at the same time as a climate change protest in the street, but was unconnected.
The man has been bailed until November 20.
Anyone with information should contact police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
