OXFORD: High-tech firm SEOptimise has expanded its team with the appointment of Marcus Taylor as search engine optimisation and social media executive.
Mr Taylor, a former pupil of King Alfred’s School in Wantage, has developed technical skills in social media marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO) through a series of projects with online-based businesses.
He previously spent 18 months managing the record label Starharbour Records as a project, which involved using social media and SEO to market new music releases.
He said: “I have been actively organising a large range of ventures since I was 16, predominantly around websites which I have built. It’s a fascinating and exciting industry to work in.”
