Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Shrivenham.
Shortly before 3am on Sunday, raiders forced their way into One Stop Community Store in the High Street and stole cigarettes.
Det Con Pete Semczyszyn said: “It is believed the offenders were wearing hooded tops and made off in a silver Audi A4, registration GL57 XAJ, which was reported stolen in Sussex.
“I appeal to anyone who saw men acting suspiciously in Shrivenham in the early hours, or saw a suspicious vehicle to contact police immediately.”
Anyone with information that could assist police enquiries is urged to contact Det Sgt Kirby via Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you don’t want to speak to police and don’t want to leave your name contact the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
