A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with an incident in Banbury.
The 24-year-old man was arrested yesterday morning, at an address in Bradford and is in custody.
At about 12.30am on Saturday 11 October, police were called to Pepper Alley, near the Chicago Rock Café in Broad Street, to reports a man had been assaulted. The man, aged 28, received stab wounds. He remains in a stable condition in hospital.
Two men, aged 27 and 23, have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit GBH. A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. They have all been released on police bail until late October.
