Supermarket giant Tesco has some tough questions to answer.
People living near the Fox and Hounds, in Abingdon Road, have been staring at the mothballed site for months now.
In July, the building was devastated by a blaze, prompting calls for the company to act.
Tesco had pledged to build a new store on the plot, but now it appears to be having second thoughts.
Oxford City Council has been trying to find out the firm’s intentions. It is time for Tesco to come clean and put up or sell up.
