Police this afternoon appealed for witnesses after an aggravated burglary in Banbury.
Three men forced their way into a house in Cromwell Road shortly after 10pm on Wednesday and assaulted the 18-year-old occupant, before stealing some jewellery and his mobile phone.
Det Con Lee Newman said: “The only description we have is that all three men involved in the burglary were black.
“We are very keen to hear from anyone who has any information in relation to this crime, or who might have seen the three burglars in the area before of after the incident happened.”
Anyone with information should contact Det Con Newman via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505, or alternatively call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
