I am a former resident of Oxford, currently living in California, USA.

I am wondering if readers can assist me in a search.

I am seeking Joe Mitchell, who would now be, approximately, 73 years old.

He came from Plymouth and was last known in the Oxford area in the 1960s, when he left employment at the railway to become a driving instructor, and then went on to become a pilot.

With such little information, conventional trace methods have not been of assitance.
