A pensioner who died in a motorway crash has been named.

Hugh Wright, 83, of Rose Hill, Oxford, died when his car left the M40 carriageway between junctions four and five at High Wycombe, in Buckinghamshire, at 11.15am on Monday.

A post-mortem investigation into the cause of the death is due to be held at Buckinghamshire Coroners’ Office today.
