The average price of a house in Oxfordshire rose 0.8 per cent in August compared with the previous month, new figures show.
Figures released today by the Land Registry show the average price of a property in the county stood at £219,729 compared to £218,030 in July.
Annually, prices have fallen 9.4 per cent in Oxfordshire since this time last year — in line with the national figure. Nationally, month-on-month prices fell 0.1 per cent to £155,968.
