Traffic has been forced to queue on the Oxford-bound stretch of A40 following a crash involving a minibus.
The accident happened about 7.15am at the Mereland Road junction near Thornhill park and ride site and blocked one lane.
Traffic heading west has been forced to go slow approaching Oxford from the M40.
David Paull, a spokesman for Thames Valley Police, said: “At about 7.15am there was a collision involving a Ford transit minibus carrying workmen and a blue Mercedes panel van.
“No-one was seriously hurt, including the two drivers.”
Police and highways staff have been working to remove the vehicles from the carriageway.
