A company which offers stock management and signage for retailers has become the latest business to occupy the Arena 14 development at Bicester. RD Retail Solutions has taken Unit 13 at the park, which specialises in industrial and warehouse units.
Alastair Thomas, chief executive of developer Equity Estates, said: “RD is just the just the type of company we envisaged occupying the completed units and the current interest in the development strongly endorses our view that Arena 14 offers both great value and high quality.”
Agents White Commercial Surveyors Ltd and Lambert Smith Hampton continue to offer competitive leasehold and freehold packages on the few remaining units, which range in size from 2,765 – 3,452 sq ft.
Out of the 14 units in the development, ten have been sold, let, or are under offer.
