An elderly man was treated for smoke inhalation following a fire in Witney this afternoon.
Firefighters were called to a ground floor terraced property in Newland at 4.30pm after a washing machine caught fire.
The man, aged in his 80s, was treated at the scene by ambulance staff but did not need hospital treatment.
