TWO friends’ dream of a rollercoaster crossed with a candy floss machine came to life at the Cotswold Wildlife Park on Sunday, thanks to a BBC TV show.
Eleven-year-olds Briony Farmer and Amelia Hunt, from Faringdon, were filmed for Ed and Oucho’s Excellent Inventions, which brings children’s ideas to life.
Producer and director Natalie Moss said: “The girls wrote in with the idea for the ‘Flosserama’ which you sit in and it spins around like a rollercoaster and makes candy floss. We managed to build it and today was the grand finale.
“The girls’ friends came down and cheered them on and then there was a bit of a candy floss party.”
