OXFORD’S most wanted criminal remains on the run six months after police released a photograph in bid for the public to help track him down.
Police released this image of Rohan Crooks, who is wanted for attempted murder, earlier this year but despite investigations in London and Oxford he has yet to be found.
The Oxford Mail is once again showing Crooks’s picture six months after he was first named the city’s most wanted criminal.
The 31-year-old, described as 5ft 8in tall, with bandy legs and distinctive green eyes, is said by police to be the driver of a car involved in a hit-and-run in Cuddesdon Way, in Blackbird Leys, last October leaving a cyclist fighting for his life.
Crooks is no longer believed to be in the Oxford area and may have changed his haircut.
Earlier this year an appeal for information featured on television show Crimewatch.
People are advised not to approach him, but call police on 08458 505505.
