Garsington Youth continued their good form by beating a well organised Summertown Stars 4-0.
Chances were few and far between in the first half, Summertown forced a number a corners whilst Garsington had a few long range efforts. The deadlock was broken when Josh Drake pounced on a loose ball and ran into to box. He then fired an unstoppable shot into the bottom corner.
Garsington nearly doubled the lead when Dan Scoble hit a rocket shot from the edge of the box only to be twarted by a sensational save by Summertowns keeper Alex Branton In the second half Garsington took control of the game and extended their lead when Harrison Crick broke out of defence a threaded a pin point pass to Billy Newell who sidefooted it in. The third came soon after when Josh Drake cut inside and released Billy Newell, who jinked past two defenders and cooly curled the ball round the keeper.
Jamie Browning concluded the scoring when he latched onto a cross from Dan Scoble and fired the ball into the net.
