A motorcyclist died in a collision in Bicester yesterday.
The 47-year-old man, who was riding a blue Suzuki, was declared dead at the scene in Wretchwick Way at the junction with Peregrine Way.
Police said the incident occurred at about 2.45pm and involved a blue Mazda.
The driver of the car, a 26-year-old man, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has been released on bail to return to Banbury police station on October 31.
Sgt Pete Jell, who is investigating the collision, said: “I would like to hear from anyone that may have seen either vehicle prior to the collision or who witnessed the collision itself.”
