A SCHOOLGIRL has admitted causing an accident which killed her friend after crashing her car in Oxford while over the drink-driving limit.
Gabriella Edmondson, 18, of Beacon Hill, Penn, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to a charge of causing death by careless driving while over the prescribed alcohol limit at Oxford Crown Court today.
She crashed on the A34 at 4.15am on April 7, between Pear Tree and Botley, killing 17-year-old fellow pupil Grace Hadman and critically injuring promising rugby player Joe Robinson.
All four people in the Toyota Yaris were pupils at St Edward’s School, in north Oxford.
