Teenagers Shaun Potter (94) and Atif Acklaq (52) added 121 for the sixth wicket before a late blitz from Andy Gosling (42no).
Gosling then took 3-44, but Arthur Verdin (33no) ensured Kingston averted defeat on 153-8.

Witney Mills were outplayed by Dinton 2nd, but scrambled a draw.
Ryan Biggs (64), Matt Dodds (53) and Daniel Ripley (42) shone in Dinton’s 251-8, Pierre Lefort taking 3-57.
Conceding 39 runs from the final three overs cost Mills the chance of victory and they closed on 160-8 with Ross Morgan 77 not out.

Jason Heslington took 6-76 and then watched Hyron Shallow crash 136 as leaders Twyford overcame Bledlow Village by five wickets.
Bledlow posted 256-9, with Charles Downes (65) and James Bacon (48) in fine form.
But Shallow and Baker (58) batted even better and victory was secured despite Matt Bolton's 4-66.
