VILLAGERS went to town when they decided to hold a Tudor evening.
Henry VIII – in the person of Tom Green – had the enviable task of chasing the ladies at Blewbury in 1968.
Among those taking part in the costumed caper were five members of his court pictured here, from left, Sandy Haynes, Linsey Roberts, Shirley Sheldon, Judy White and Elizabeth Phillips.
