I READ that the Equality and Human Rights Commission are attempting to challenge the BNP’s constitution and membership rules with a threat to effectively close down the BNP and disenfranchise those who voted for the party. Are they to challenge the Black Police Association because they do not allow whites to be members, or lesbian organisations because they will not have straight men as members?
The list is endless. If the Commission does not move against these discriminations surely they themselves should be open to charges of race and gender discrimination.
