A man has died in a motorbike crash near Bicester.

At around 12.46am this morning a 42-year-old man was riding a blue Yamaha motorbike along the A41 from Bicester towards junction nine of the M40.

As he approached junction nine the motorbike left the road and collided with a roadside barrier.

He was declared dead at the scene.

PC Dave Rose, who is investigating the collision, said: “I would like to hear from anyone that may have seen the vehicle prior to the collision or who witnessed the collision itself.”
