A TRADE fair aimed at showcasing what Banbury firms have to offer takes place on Thursday, from 10am to 4pm.
Organised by Banbury & District Chamber of Commerce, the event is a chance for its members to promote themselves.
The event, at Banbury Town Hall, in Bridge Street, will bring together firms, schools, accountants, shops and charities.
There will also be a chance to get advice and guidance from business organisations.
Claire Kingsbury, chairman of Banbury Chamber of Commerce, said: “It is a bit of a new venture for us and we want to show people that we are a forward-thinking organisation.
“It would be fantastic to get as many local purchasing managers as well as members of the public to attend the event as possible.
“In the current economic climate we want to be able to promote our members as much as we can.
“By organising the trade fair it gives members the chance to show the variety of different types of businesses and services they can offer.”
