The M40 has been reopened after a oil tanker caught on fire last night.
The fire happened when the truck carrying 30,000 litres of fuel was heading southbound along the road between Stokenchurch and Watlington.
The motorway was closed in both directions at about 8.30pm last night.
The northbound stretch was opened earlier this morning, but traffic is now using the southbound carriageway as well.
Heavy traffic was still reported during this morning's rush hour with slow-moving traffic stretching back to junction ten at Ardley.
