Witney Mills crashed to a six-wicket defeat at Wolverton Town, who knocked Kingston Bagpuize off the top.
A delay to the start meant Mills' innings was reduced to 41 overs, during which they could muster only 92-8 as Andy Gosling took 4-27 in a 16-over spell.
Town's Michael Baker then showed the Witney batsmen that scoring quickly was possible as the home side eased to 96-4 in 27 overs.
