I am writing to send our thanks and praise to the nurses (Di, Luisa, Kerry, Stewart, Lucy, Ruthie) and Dr Bailey of trauma ward 2A at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
My husband, Arthur ‘Nobby’ Chapman was on the trauma ward for 10 days following a nasty fall. The care the staff gave to him and my family was so great; I just wanted everyone to know.
Unfortunately my husband didn’t make it.
Also I would like to thank the two police officers from Bicester, PC Grant Howes and PC Bryn Smith for their help and consideration when they attended my home on that awful evening.
Thank you to the paramedics for their important input too, they were most professional and helpful to my husband, me, my family and friends.
My thanks to you all! BERYL CHAPMAN, Bicester
