Bicester & North Oxford blew the chance to climb off the bottom of Division 1 when they narrowly failed to chase down 134 to beat Bletchley Town.
In the only top-flight match to beat the wet weather, Bicester won the toss and made the easy decision to field first on a damp wicket.
Ian Bryan then exploited the conditions to good effect to claim figures of 4-16 as the Bletchley batsmen, with the exception of James Sprittles (33), struggled.
But Town's 134-9 from 42 overs proved enough as only Darryl Woods (61) could get going in reply, and his side had to settle for a draw on 131-8.

Only four games were played, and in Division 3, Witney Mills crashed to a six-wicket defeat at Wolverton Town, who knocked Kingston Bagpuize off the top.
A delay to the start meant Mills' innings was reduced to 41 overs, during which they could muster only 92-8 as Andy Gosling took 4-27 in a 16-over spell.
Town's Michael Baker then showed the Witney batsmen that scoring quickly was possible as the home side eased to 96-4 in 27 overs.

In Division 4, Oxford Downs 2nd had the better of a draw in their top-of-the-table clash at Great Brickhill – but came within one wicket of clinching maximum points in a tense finish.
Matty Lee top-scored with 45 as Downs made 148-7 from 40 overs after being put into bat.
Lee Morgan was the pick of the home attack, taking 3-39.
Downs' Richard Gauntlett (5-52) then bowled even better and Arran Aris hit 55 to keep both sides in contention, but the home side were left clinging on at 139-9 when their innings closed after 26 overs.
Downs were docked one point for their slow over rate.
