I WOULD like to draw your attention to a residential care home that my family and I feel should have the highest praise and that is St Andrew’s on the London Road in Headington.
My sister was admitted there just before Christmas as she needed constant care and her husband had recently passed away.
The nurses and carers could not have been more attentive or kind to my sister and to all of the family. There was always a smile as we went to visit and any questions answered.
Rita passed away two weeks ago and again the kindness to all of us could not be faulted in any way. We realise that they have to deal with this situation occasionally but we were treated as individuals and sympathy shown.
Thank you St Andrew’s. All of you will never be forgotten.
