A crash involving two cars and a tanker caused delays on the M40 in north Oxfordshire.
One lane is closed and traffic is queueing traffic due to an accident and debris on the southbound carriageway about a mile-and-a-half before junction 11 at Banbury.
The inside lane has been closed and emergency services are at the scene.
