We don’t know whether author Graham Greene would laugh or cry if he knew what was likely to happen inside Grove House in Iffley when members of the Love Art Lab turn up later this month.
The Brighton Rock writer bought the house for his wife Vivien prior to their separation in 1949.
Now, members of this group are set to take over this quiet Regency house for one of their shows which, as far as we can ascertain, involves much writhing around, semi-naked, in the name of art.
Ironically, perhaps, much of Greene’s work explored issues of morality, Brighton Rock being an epic of good versus evil. A penny for his thoughts on this one.
