HAS anyone had difficulty accessing the disabled toilet facility in Sainsbury’s Kidlington supermarket?

Despite my serious complaint to head office and the store, the toilet remains locked.

Sainsbury’s excuse is laughable: It’s locked to stop drug taking.

Addicts will just swap to the other in-store toilets. What made matters worse was that a key is available from the service assistance desk (I had to wait seven minutes before someone came to my aid by which time my need was at bursting point.) How long will it be before some poor soul with a weak bladder presents a public health situation?

I suggest unfortunate customers send their clothes cleaning bills to the Sainsbury’s management.
