Police have reopened the M40 where two lorries and a van crashed, killing one man early this morning.
The northbound stretch of the motorway from junction 9 was closed after the crash at 5.43am.
All three lanes have now reopened, but the motorway goes down to two lanes past the crash scene.
Motorists are expected to suffer continued delays as the traffic jams clear.
Firefighters are still at the scene cooling oxy-acetylene cylinders from one of the vehicles.
