Police are appealing for witnesses after ten cars were damaged in Witney.
Sometime overnight on Sunday, May 24, into Monday, May 25, ten cars were damaged in Oxford Hill, Stanton Harcourt Road and Judds Close.
Police only released details today.
Neighbourhood officer PC Chris Ince said: “A group of three men and a woman, aged between 18 and 19 years old, were seen in the area acting suspiciously. I appeal to anyone who has any information that could assist our enquiries to contact the police immediately.
“The offenders ran over the cars, damaged wing mirrors and used an object to scratch vehicles.”
The attacks follow a series of break-ins on cars in the area in recent weeks.
Anyone with information that could assist police enquiries is urged to contact PC Ince via Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you don’t want to speak to police and don’t want to leave your name contact the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
