The Oxford English Dictionary describes fraud as 'criminal deception; dishonest trick; disappointing person etc. I and I'm sure many people would say this is a very accurate description of some our gallant, public spirited MPs.

I think claiming expenses for a mortgage which does not exist is a dishonest trick and criminal deception and those claiming are very disappointing people.

They should be made to answer for it in a court of law and punished accordingly. If they have indeed not broken any rules then the rules made by the MPs themselves are encouraging law breaking and those who passed them should also be in court.
