THE Trigger Pond pub in Bucknell raised nearly £1,350 for charity through a four day beer festival.
The total of £1,347 will be split between Help For Heroes, Adderbury’s Katharine House Hospice and the Wish Charity.
Landlord Sean Arnett said: “We opened with a charity lunch in aid of Help for Heroes which raised £550.
“Proceeds of £345 made from festival entrance fees and Wadworth’s generous contribution of 20p per pint sold have been donated to Katharine House.
“And on the last evening we held a race night collecting £480 for the Wish Charity which helps under-privileged adults and children realise their dreams.”
