A BICESTER store has been part of a campaign to keep trade local — and one lucky resident has benefited.
Wadley’s, in Market Square, launched a competition in December as part of a scheme to encourage people to buy from shops in the town.
The lucky winner was Paul Bartle, who won a flat-screen television set.
David Wadley, of Wadley’s, said: “As part of the ‘Keep Trade Local’ incentive, we ran a prize draw during December to encourage the people of Bicester to carry out their shopping for Christmas in the town.
“It was a very successful promotion on our part and the winner of the LCD TV was Paul Bartle.”
