IN 1934 (the year I was born) Sir Oswald Mosley and his British Union of Fascists held rallies, with thugs beating up hecklers and attacks on Jews.
In this year of 2009, the British National Party (as they now call themselves) have crawled out of the woodwork and are trying to get our votes.
Voters: If you want to cast a protest vote, vote Green, vote UKIP, vote Monster Raving Loony, vote for the Isle of Wight Republican Army... you can even vote for a rhinoceros if you want... but don’t vote BNP!
