1. Minutes of last meeting. Left out a question on how the 7 day registration period is calculated. Day 1 is taken as day registration card is dated. Thus to play on a Saturday ID card has to be dated by previous Sunday and to play on a Sunday ID card has to be dated by previous Monday.
2. Matters arising.
Matters arising Item 3h. Headington Sharks had sent their reply to OFA Welfare Officer and expected him to forward to General Secretary which didn’t happen. They have taken steps to ensure coach attends Coaching Course and Safeguarding Children course. No further action required at present but letters held on record.
Item 3a. No reply from Blackbirds (time limit not yet expired).
Item 5c. Didcot Town Youth appealed to O.F.A. over committee decision to award game to Quarry. Paul attended hearing for the League. Appeal board upheld Didcot’s appeal on the grounds that they had been treated too harshly. Game to be rearranged.
