Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash that occurred on Saturday in Witney.
At about 10.10am, a red Suzuki was involved in a collision with a black Honda CB600 motorcycle in the Crawley Road.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 38-year-old man, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, but was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the Suzuki, a 62-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving. He has been released on bail until Saturday, June 20.
PC James Holstead said: “I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the two vehicles prior to the collision or who witnessed the collision itself.”
