Michelin-starred restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons in Great Milton has received certification for two of the fish varieties served there.
The restaurant, run by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc, has attained Marine Stewardship Council certification for all dishes serving dover sole or mackerel.
It means the fish can be traced back to where they were caught, and that the fishery meets the Marine Stewardship Council’s high standards.
Le Manoir is the only Michelin-starred restaurant to achieve the standard required.
