A grinning flasher exposed himself to two young girls in an Abingdon park.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the man, wearing a long leather jacket, approached the girls, aged 12 and 14, in Albert Park at 8.45pm on Wednesday, May 6.
He grinned at them before pulling back his jacket to expose himself.
The flasher then walked back out of the park through the entrance by the Prince Albert statute to Park Crescent.
He was described as white, aged in his 40s, with a medium build and between 5ft 10ins and 6ft tall He had short, dark hair and a round bald patch on the crown of his head.
