No wonder the economy is in such a bad way.
Too many greedy companies want big profits.
As an example, I went to a well-known store to buy a one metre-long ethernet cable for my partner’s computer.
The shop wanted £19.99, which I thought was expensive so I refused to buy one from them. After looking on the internet, I purchased the very same cable for £1.10 – which was delivered the next day.
How can companies expect to survive when their profit margins are so high. They have become their own worst enemies. ADRIAN TAYLOR, Eynsham
